Plans & billing
What each plan includes, how usage is counted, and paying.
Plans are paid once a year. Every plan has the same product — the builder, the data table, exports, reports and embeds — with different monthly meters. The live prices and anything on offer are on the pricing page; the figures below are the standard plans.

Prices are in Indian rupees, before 18% GST. Enterprise has custom limits and invoicing — talk to us.
How usage is counted
Two meters matter most, and both reset on the 1st of each month (India time):
- Responses — each submission of a form counts once when it is saved, wherever it came from: the hosted page, an embed, the API, an import, or added by your team. Editing a response does not count again.
- Row views — each response shown to a reader counts once: a page of 20 in the data table is 20, a page of 20 from the API is 20, and an export counts every row in it. Opening a single response does not count.
On paid plans, uploaded files count towards storage and downloading them counts towards the monthly downloads. Settings → Plan and usage shows every meter for this month and earlier months.
At a limit
- Responses used up: your forms stop accepting new responses until the 1st and say so. Nothing is deleted.
- Row views used up: the data table and the API stop listing responses until the 1st.
- Forms or people: you cannot add more until you remove some or upgrade.
Upgrading takes effect straight away, with the new plan's allowance.
Buying and renewing
- The owner buys a plan under Settings → Plan and usage, paying through Razorpay by card, UPI or net banking. Card details never reach DataMold.
- GST is added at checkout as its own line, and the invoice is under Settings → Payments.
- Buying the plan you already have adds a year to what is left. Buying a different plan starts its year today.
If a paid plan lapses
- For 30 days you keep everything. Forms stay live on the free plan's meters, and you can download a full backup at any time.
- After that the organization moves to Free: uploaded files are deleted (uploads are a paid feature) and responses older than 90 days are removed.
