If a paid plan lapses
- 1. Your workspace keeps every response for 30 days. Forms stay live; the monthly write limit drops to the Free plan's while the payment is outstanding.
- 2. During those 30 days you can download a complete backup of everything, at any time, from Settings.
- 3. After that the workspace falls back to Free. Uploaded files are deleted — file uploads are a paid feature — and responses older than 90 days are removed.
