Questions people ask
What counts as a response?
One submission of one form, counted once when it is written — from the hosted page, an embed, the API or typed in by your team. Edits do not count again.
What is a row view?
One response handed to a reader. A page of 20 in the data table costs 20, and so does a page of 20 from the API. Exports count their rows. Row views are what keep the free plan free.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown as its own line, and your GST invoice is available under Plan and usage the moment the payment lands.
What happens if I go over?
Your forms stop accepting new responses until the 1st, and the page says so — nothing is deleted. You can upgrade at any time and the new allowance applies immediately.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrading starts the new plan today; renewing the same plan adds a year to what is left. Downgrades take effect when the paid year ends.
How do I pay?
By card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay, once a year. No card details reach DataMold. Enterprise organizations can pay by invoice.
If a paid plan lapses
Nothing disappears overnight. Here is exactly what happens, in order.

Your organization keeps every response for 30 days. Forms stay live; the monthly write limit drops to the free plan's while the payment is outstanding.

During those 30 days you can download a complete backup of everything, at any time, from Settings.

After that it falls back to Free. Uploaded files are deleted, since file uploads are a paid feature, and responses older than 90 days are removed.
