The builder
- Drag fields in, drag them around, and see the form the way a responder will as you go.
- Four field widths on a four-column grid, so two halves always meet exactly.
- Show-if rules on any field, matched against any earlier answer, with the same engine running in the browser and on the server.
- Page breaks turn a long form into steps with a progress bar.
- Every publish snapshots the definition, so a response can always be read against the form it was actually answered on.
The data workspace
- A real table: sticky header, chosen columns, sort on any field, page through thousands of rows.
- Filter with as many conditions as you like, matched all-or-any, on fields you invented five minutes ago.
- Save a filter as a view and share it with the team.
- Edit a response in place, mark it spam, or delete a selection.
- Group and chart by any field, summing or averaging any numeric one.
In and out
- Export Excel (.xlsx) with typed cells, a frozen header and auto-filter — not a CSV with an .xlsx name.
- Export CSV with a BOM so Excel on Windows reads it correctly, and formula-injection escaped.
- Export JSON in the same shape the API returns.
- Import a spreadsheet with automatic column mapping, a preview, and per-row validation before anything is written.
- Download a complete backup of the whole workspace as one file, on any plan.
Publishing
- A hosted page on an unguessable link, styled the way you designed it.
- An iframe embed that sizes itself to the form.
- A JSON endpoint your own backend can post to.
- A domain allow-list that governs the embed and the endpoint together.
- Open and close windows, a response cap, honeypot and minimum-fill-time spam protection.
For developers
- A REST API over forms and responses, with keys scoped per operation and per form.
- Every key carries its own call count, so you can see which integration is doing what.
- Webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried with backoff for hours.
- Every delivery attempt visible, with its status code and error.
Teams and governance
- Four roles: owner, admin, editor, viewer — with permissions enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI.
