Questions, answered

Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign in with Google and an organization is waiting with a working contact form in it. The free plan has no trial clock.
What counts as a response?
One submission of one form, counted once when it is written — from the hosted page, an embed, the API or typed in by your team.
What happens at the monthly limit?
New responses are turned away with a plain message until the month turns or you move up a plan. Nothing already collected is touched.
Can it go on my own website?
Paste two lines of HTML. The form sizes itself, and only the domains you allow can embed it or post to it.
Are new responses emailed to me?
If you like: to up to five addresses you choose, at 10 paise an email from a prepaid wallet. Any form can turn it off.
How do I pay?
Once a year, by card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay. Prices are before 18% GST.
Where does my data live?
Each organization gets a database of its own. Download a full backup whenever you like; delete the organization and it really goes.
